De-Greaser

What's the best de-greaser these days? I used to grab Gunk brand a long time ago and it did a pretty good job but, not long ago I bought some and it didn't seem like it worked as good as it used to.
I saw someone here using oven cleaner the other day, might have been lowbudget? I'd think that's a little harsh. Anything I should be careful of if I go that route?

I use dollar store oven cleaner. Dont even mess with name brand stuff. I have used of for years

A greasy ole engine from the 60's. It's got about an inch of the caked on dirt and oil up on the front and then fresher stuff everywhere else.

Is dollar store stuff a little weaker than name brand?

I would say it's a better option than the name brand. It is so strong smelling it will take your breath away. Plus you can buy 5 cans or so of the cheap stuff vs 1 of the name brand. All the above pics are using oven cleaner from the dollar store and a pressure washer
